Welcome to SleepSoul! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SleepSoul mobile application ("App") and its related services. By using SleepSoul, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. General Information

  • SleepSoul App guide you into deep, rejuvenating sleep with a vast collection of soothing sleep environments and immersive soundscapes. Designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality, SleepSoul offers thousands of sleep scenes and sleep sounds tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer the serene ambiance of a quiet forest, the gentle lull of ocean waves, or the calming hum of white noise, you’ll find the perfect soundscape to drift off effortlessly.
  • This App is intended for personal use only. Commercial use without our consent is prohibited.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian permission to use SleepSoul.
  • By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • SleepSoul offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase and upon renewal.

3.2 Cancellation & Refunds

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
  • If you cancel, you will still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of SleepSoul is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

By using SleepSoul, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
  • Not share or distribute copyrighted content without permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt SleepSoul’s services.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content in SleepSoul, including sounds, graphics, and logos, is the property of SleepSoul and protected under copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute SleepSoul’s content without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • SleepSoul provides relaxation and sleep-enhancing features, but we do not guarantee any medical benefits or specific sleep improvements.
  • SleepSoul is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
  • Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
